All volunteers must be:
18 years or older
Have access and use of a vehicle
Weekday availability (M-F 8:30am-4:30pm)
Our story
Since 2017, volunteers have provided transportation to their older adult Nashville neighbors, removing huge barriers around transportation issues. Our scheduling platform allows you to match with ride requests that work for both when you are available and share how much volunteer time you have to give. As a volunteer with Senior Ride Nashville, you can directly improve the quality of life within your community.
How It Works
1. Sign up for our Orientation & Training Session
This virtual 60 minute session will give you a clear picture of the entire volunteering experience.
2. Complete your Certified Volunteer Package
This includes submitting your information and completing driver and background checks.
3. Book your first Rider
Once confirmed, you’ll get access to our scheduling platform where you can pick a time that works for your schedule.
